Connecting your property with Booking.com from AvaiBook will allow you to manage your calendar, prices, reservations, and much more from a single platform, in a simple, automated, and centralized way.
This applies whether you are working with limited synchronization or full synchronization.

If the listing already exists on Booking.com, it does not matter whether you are using limited or full synchronization, you must always start this request from the Booking extranet.
This step is not necessary if you are going to create your listing from AvaiBook, as in that case the connection will be handled automatically once the creation process is completed (only available when using Booking Full Sync connection).
Below we explain step by step how to start this synchronization correctly so everything works smoothly from the beginning.
When do you need to make this request?
If your property is already published on Booking.com and you want to connect it with AvaiBook, you must initiate the connection request yourself from your Booking account.
This is necessary to allow AvaiBook to act as the official connectivity provider (XML connection) and properly synchronize the data between both platforms.
What should I do?
Log in to your Booking.com extranet.
Go to Account > Connectivity provider.
Search for AvaiBook as the provider and click Connect.
Accept the terms and conditions to activate the request, and Booking will notify us.
