They all share a core set of tools for centralising sales, bookings, guest communication and payments. The main differences are the available capacity, advanced management tools and the level of automation.
The Standard Plan includes the essential features; Pro increases capacity and adds tools for more professional management; while Elite offers the highest limits and exclusive automation features.
📦 Standard Plan: essential tools for day-to-day management
The Standard Plan is designed for those who need to centralise the management of their accommodation and bookings in one place, without yet requiring advanced tools for owners, teams or electronic invoicing.
It allows you to manage up to 5 accommodation units and includes the essential features for working with the Booking Engine, Channel Manager, calendar, bookings, guest communication and payments.
The main difference compared with Pro and Elite is that it has lower limits and does not include certain advanced management tools.
The Standard Plan may be right for you if:
You manage up to 5 accommodation units.
You want to centralise bookings, availability, communication and payments.
You don't need to manage owners or sub-accounts from AvaiBook.
You don't need to use electronic invoicing from the platform.
🚀 Pro Plan: greater capacity and advanced tools
The Pro Plan includes all the features of the Standard Plan and expands your management capabilities with unlimited accommodation units and tools designed for more professional operations.
In addition to increasing the limits for coupons, web listings and automated email templates, it includes features for managing owners, sub-accounts, users and permissions, as well as tools for electronic invoicing, Revenue Management, expense management, performance reports and integrations.
It also includes 2 free months of Dynamic Pricing from onboarding.
The Pro Plan may be right for you if:
You manage more than 5 accommodation units or need to grow without this limit.
You work with owners or different team members.
You need electronic invoicing and VERI*FACTU.
You want to analyse prices, occupancy, expenses and results to optimise profitability.
You need more coupons, email templates or customised web listings.
⭐ Elite Plan: maximum capacity and advanced automation
The Elite Plan is AvaiBook's most advanced option. It includes everything available in the Standard and Pro plans, while offering the highest limits and new automation possibilities.
Its main exclusive feature is conditions in automated messaging. These allow you to decide whether an email should be sent based on specific booking characteristics, such as the length of stay, payment status, number of guests or whether children or babies are included in the booking.
Elite also doubles or significantly increases several of the limits available with Pro: you can manage up to 500 owners, 500 sub-accounts, 100 coupons, 300 automated email templates and 50 customised web listings.
It also includes 3 free months of Dynamic Pricing from onboarding.
The Elite Plan may be right for you if:
You need AvaiBook's highest capacity limits.
The Pro Plan limits no longer meet the volume of your operations.

Which plan should you choose?
The choice mainly depends on the size of your business and the level of management you need:
Choose Standard if you're looking for the essential tools to manage up to 5 accommodation units.
Choose Pro if you need unlimited accommodation units, electronic invoicing and advanced tools for owners, teams, analysis and integrations.
Choose Elite if, in addition to everything included in Pro, you need higher limits and advanced automation through conditions in automated messaging.
⚠️ Dynamic Pricing is not permanently included in the Pro or Elite plans. These plans allow you to use it free of charge for 2 or 3 months respectively from onboarding. Once this period ends, you can continue using it by adding it as an additional service.

From your AvaiBook account, you can view your current plan, review the available options and request information about changing plans according to your business needs.
To do so:
Go to My account > My Plan.
Check the details of your current plan.
Review the available plans and compare their main features.
Click “I want information about…” for the plan you're interested in.
Once you submit your request, our team will receive it and get in touch with you to provide more information and help you with the change.
