From the My Plan section of your account, you can view all the information about your current plan: subscription type, limits, renewal dates, cost and additional services.
To access it, go to 👉 My account > My Plan. You can also click the user icon on the left-hand side of the menu and select My Plan.
What information can you find in My Plan?
In this section, you will find:
Your current plan: Standard 📦, Pro 🚀 or Elite ⭐.
Your subscription type: monthly or annual.
The properties and accommodation units linked to your account.
The date and price of your next renewal.
The activation date and, where applicable, the expiry date.
The bank fees applicable to online payments.
Any additional services you subscribe to, such as Easy Web or Dynamic Pricing.
The options available to request a plan change.
Renewal and billing
In the Renewal and billing section, you can check the details of your subscription:
Subscription type: monthly or annual.
Activation date: shows when your subscription period began.
Renewal date: indicates when your next renewal is scheduled.
Renewal price: shows the amount payable for the next period.
If you have an annual subscription paid in advance, this information will also appear in this section.
Properties and accommodation units
In My Plan, you can also check the number of properties and accommodation units linked to your account.
The available capacity depends on your plan:
Standard Plan: up to 5 accommodation units.
Pro Plan: unlimited accommodation units.
Elite Plan: unlimited accommodation units.
If you need to change your capacity or explore another subscription option, you can request information from this screen.
Bank fees
This section also shows the fees applicable to online payments, which are not included in the plan price:
2% for SEPA and EEA (European Economic Area) cards.
4% for cards issued outside the SEPA or EEA area, AMEX, China UnionPay and B2B or virtual cards.
📌 Bank fees are always calculated excluding VAT.
Additional services
If you subscribe to any additional services, you can view their details in My Plan.
Easy Web
If you subscribe to Easy Web, you will see the service cost and its renewal date.
Dynamic Pricing
If you subscribe to Dynamic Pricing, the service cost and renewal date will also appear.
💡 Dynamic Pricing is not permanently included in the Pro or Elite plans. Once the free promotional period offered during onboarding ends, you can continue using it by subscribing to it as an additional service.

How can you request a plan change?
If you want to change your plan, click the “I want information about…” button for the option you are interested in.
Our team will receive your request and contact you to answer your questions and explain how to complete the process.
