Status of your portal connections

We have improved the visibility of your connection statuses within AvaiBook so you can more easily identify the current stage of each integration and know when action is needed.


Where can you find it?

Go to:

Channel Manager > Connected Channels

There you will find new visual indicators showing the current status of each portal:

  • Connected → The connection is active and working correctly.

  • Pending from portal → We are waiting for confirmation or validation from the portal.

  • Incomplete setup → There is still a pending step to complete the connection.

  • Connection in progress → The request is currently being processed.


Additional improvement for Booking.com

For connections with Booking.com, you can now also identify the active synchronization type:

  • Full Sync: Full connection

  • Lite Sync: Limited connection

This will give you more visibility into your connection type and help you better understand how your integration is working.

Our goal with this improvement is to provide more transparency, reduce confusion, and help you understand when action is needed and when it’s best to simply wait.
