Booking.com: How to identify which type of synchronization you have

Booking connection mode: Limited or Full Sync

In AvaiBook, we offer two connection modes with Booking.com through our Channel Manager. It is important to know which one you are using in order to manage your operations correctly:

  • Limited synchronization

  • Full synchronization (Full Sync)


How can I know which type of synchronization I have?

You can easily identify the type of connection by accessing your AvaiBook panel from the Channel Manager.

Full synchronization (Full Sync)

If you see the Full Sync icon in the Booking configuration, it means that full synchronization is already active.


Limited synchronization

If you do not see the Full Sync icon, it means you are currently working with limited synchronization.


Do you want to activate Full Sync?

If you would like to upgrade to Full Sync, you can request it from us at any time.

The process is simple:

  1. You will need to complete a few checks to verify your current configuration.

  2. Once validated and confirmed that your properties meet the required requirements, our Connectivity Department will proceed with activating Full Sync.
