What does this promotion include?
The promotion automatically applies a 20% discount to all property rates and room types.
Its purpose is to improve your property's initial visibility, help you attract your first bookings, and obtain your first guest reviews on Booking.com.
Who can use this promotion?
This promotion is only available for properties that meet all of the following requirements:
Be a new property on Booking.com.
Have been published on Booking.com for less than 12 months.
Have not yet received any bookings.
Be connected to AvaiBook using Full Sync.
How do I activate it from AvaiBook?
When synchronizing a property with Booking.com through AvaiBook:
If it is a new property created from AvaiBook, the promotion will be enabled by default during the synchronization process.
If the property already exists on Booking.com, AvaiBook will automatically check through the API whether it is eligible for the promotion.
If the property is eligible, the option to activate the promotion will be displayed.
If it does not meet Booking.com's eligibility requirements, this option will not be shown.
Once the synchronization is saved, AvaiBook will automatically send the configuration to Booking.com. If the promotion is activated successfully, a confirmation message will be displayed.
When does the promotion end?
The promotion will end automatically as soon as the first of the following conditions is met:
The property receives 3 bookings.
90 days have passed since activation.
No manual action is required to deactivate the promotion.
