❗The parking and pool configuration syncs only with Booking.com via Full Sync, as only this portal requires this level of detail. Our implementation ensures these services are displayed correctly in the listing.
This article explains how to properly configure parking and pool services in the content manager so they are correctly sent to Booking.com Full Sync.
These features are configured from the "Services" section in the property content manager.
Accessing the configuration
Go to Properties.
Enter the Content Manager.
Select the property you want to edit.
Go to the Services tab.
From here, you can configure different services available in the property, including parking and pool.
Important: Which connection mode does it sync with?
This configuration only syncs with Booking.com when you are using the complete connection mode (Full Sync).
If you have Full Sync enabled, any changes you make to the bathroom configuration will automatically update on Booking.com after saving.
If you are working with the limited mode, this information will not be sent to the portal.
How can you check which connection mode you have active?
To identify your connection type with Booking.com:
Access the Channel Manager in AvaiBook.
Click on Booking.com.
In the list of your properties synced with Booking, check whether a blue label with the indication “Full Sync” appears next to the property name.
If the blue “Full Sync” label appears, you are using the complete mode.
If it does not appear, your connection is set to limited mode.
If you are interested in switching to the complete mode (Full Sync), you can contact our support team so we can review your case. Please note that certain technical and configuration requirements must be met in order to activate this mode.
Parking configuration
In the Parking category, you can add one or multiple parking areas associated with the property.
To add a new one, click "+ Add parking".
Configuration fields:
Name: Identifying name of the parking (e.g., Private Parking, Building Parking, etc.).
Parking type: Select the type of parking:
Outdoor parking
Street parking
Covered parking
Parking location: Specify where the parking is located:
Outside the property
At the property
Who can park: Define who has access:
Private (guests only)
Public
Reservation required: Indicate if guests must book a spot:
Required
Not required
Cannot be booked
Paid parking: Specify if there is a cost:
Yes
No
Maximum allowed height: Specify height limit in meters.
Additional parking services (optional):
Valet service
Staff on site
Barrier at entry/exit
Security cameras
Electric vehicle charging point
Accessible parking for guests with reduced mobility
You can configure as many parking areas as the property has using the "+ Add parking" button at the end of the section.
Once completed, click Save to apply changes.
Pool Configuration
The pool is also configured from the Services section in the content manager.
To add a pool:
Find the Pools category in the list of features.
Click "+ Add pool".
Configure the available attributes.
Configuration fields:
Name: Should be clear and descriptive (e.g., “Hotel indoor pool” or “Outdoor children’s pool”).
Pool type: Indoor (covered) or outdoor.
Age restrictions: Define which age groups can access the pool:
All ages: Open to all guests
Children: Only suitable for kids
Adults only: Ideal for relaxation without children
Availability: Define access:
All year
Seasonal
Pool features: Indicate if guests must book:
Rooftop
Small pool
Infinity edge
Heated
Saltwater
Panoramic views
Shallow
Extras: Optional additional features:

These features will sync with Booking.com via Full Sync to display the property services correctly. Completing this information also improves property visibility in search filters, especially for guests looking for parking or pool facilities.
