Booking Lite Sync
The Lite Sync connection is mainly designed to synchronise:
bookings,
availability,
calendar,
prices,
and certain restrictions.
With this type of connection, Booking.com remains the main platform for managing the listing content.
This means that elements such as:
photos,
descriptions,
amenities,
or policies,
must continue to be managed directly on Booking.com.
Recommended for:
users who want to continue managing part of their listing directly on Booking.com,
or configurations that are incompatible with Full Sync.
Booking Full Sync
The Full Sync connection provides much more comprehensive synchronisation between AvaiBook and Booking.com.
In addition to availability and bookings, a large part of the listing content is also synchronised.
With this type of connection, AvaiBook becomes the main platform for managing the accommodation.
This includes, among other elements:
photos,
descriptions,
amenities,
policies,
general content,
and advanced listing information.
Recommended for:
users who want to centralise almost all of their accommodation management in AvaiBook.
⚠️ Some changes made directly on Booking.com may subsequently be overwritten by information from AvaiBook during future synchronisations.
Booking.com promotions and platform-specific settings
Regardless of the connection type, Booking.com may continue to apply certain settings of its own, such as:
promotions,
Genius discounts,
mobile rates,
geo rates,
taxes,
or commercial campaigns.
For this reason, some prices displayed on Booking.com may differ from those configured in AvaiBook.
