We have a new version of the synchronization with Booking.com available. Take advantage of the end of the season to recharge your batteries, and prepare for the next season by upgrading your synchronization. The upgrade is free and can bring you several advantages thanks to the new features it incorporates:

  • The content of the ad will be synchronized from AvaiBook, such as images and amenities, cleaning expenses, as well as additional people...

  • You will create and manage your cancellation policies and fees from AvaiBook

  • You can complete the new synchronizations by yourself, you don't need us anymore!

  • You will be able to create your new Booking ads directly from AvaiBook in just 2 minutes.

    *If you manage the charge with AvaiBook, the automatic management of the cancellation policy through AvaiBook is mandatory. More info

What things do I have to check to upgrade to this new synchronization?

1️⃣ It is necessary that each accommodation in AvaiBook has a unique Booking ID that corresponds only to that accommodation.

2️⃣ Accommodations must have open availability in both AvaiBook and Booking. Check in AvaiBook that you have the maximum reservation advance configured at least 12 months.

3️⃣ Check that you have configured the prices of additional people both in your default rates and in your seasons:

4️⃣ Your accommodation must be correctly geolocated on the map:

5️⃣ Review the content manager:

  • You have to have at least 75% configured:

  • Images, have at least 7 good quality images saved.

  • "Features" section:

    • Configure the tourist license number:

    • Configure the distribution of beds, the type of bedroom, bathrooms, type of beds and number of beds:

    • Set up house rules:

    • Configure at least 5 features:

6️⃣ If the accommodation is suitable for children, you must tell us what is the minimum age from which they start paying.

7️⃣ If you have a cleaning supplement, you must tell us what amount you charge your travelers for this service.

⚠️If you work with different prices for children and adults, you won't be able to do it with this synchronization at the moment.

⚠️ If you work with rates that include meals, such as breakfast, you won't be able to do it with this synchronization.
