If you have modified the price percentage of your property in AvaiBook for one of your connected portals but do not see the change reflected, don’t worry. This is normal and is usually related to how price synchronization works between AvaiBook and portals such as Airbnb, Booking.com, Vrbo, HomeToGo, Rentalia, or Expedia.
How price updates work
When you adjust the price percentage in AvaiBook:
AvaiBook sends the updated price information to the connected portal via XML.
Each portal processes the information according to its own internal update frequency, which may not be immediate.
The final price displayed to guests may take a few minutes to reflect the change.
💡 Once you modify the price percentage, remember to click “Save” so AvaiBook can immediately send the update to the portal and allow the changes to appear as soon as possible.
What to do if the price change is not reflected
If you have modified the price percentage in AvaiBook and the change is not reflected on the connected portals, keep in mind that updates may take a few minutes due to:
each portal’s internal refresh frequency,
data processing load,
or temporary delays in the XML connection.
How to solve it
Verify the percentage applied in AvaiBook and make sure it was saved correctly.
Wait a few minutes and check again whether the change is visible on the portal.
Review the connection between AvaiBook and the portal to ensure it is active.
If the price still does not update, contact support so the synchronization can be reviewed.
Price changes are automatically sent from AvaiBook, but the final update always depends on the portal.
