If you want to synchronize your calendar with a portal or platform that is not directly integrated in AvaiBook, you will have to create an iCal synchronization.
Select the portal, in this case iCal, and the accommodation you wish to link.
Remember to check that you agree with the terms of use and operation of the synchronization. When you have done everything click on the Next button.
You will have to give a name to the synchronization, which will help you to identify it.
Choose what type of connection you want.
Bidirectional: it will allow you to send availability from AvaiBook to the external portal, and receive availability changes from the other portal in AvaiBook.
Unidirectional from AvaiBook: we will give you the URL of your calendar in AvaiBook so you can paste it in the external portal (AvaiBook sends availability, but does not receive changes).
Unidirectional to AvaiBook: we will give you a space for you to paste the URL of the external platform in AvaiBook (AvaiBook only receives availability, it does not send
Remember that the update time in AvaiBook is approximately 30 minutes, while the update of the external platform will depend on the update times they have defined.
When you have chosen one of them click on the Accept button.
To finish, you only have to paste the corresponding URLs in each platform (depending on the option you have chosen).
