Having an high quality content affects directly the ranking of your Booking.com's ad, and furthermore give you the chance to improve as well the content on your synched channels as AirBnB, Vrbo, Google, HomeToGo and your website.
In the Ranking section of your Content Manager, Booking.com technology is taken in order to provide with data and ranking of your accomodations, with the comparison with your competitors and to train you about how to improve your ranking.
In order to take advantage of this new section and of the high value data provided, your accomodations have to be synched with Booking.com; in this way AvaiBook is able to collect the accomodations ' infos. Depending on the Booking synch version, you will get the section's infos in different ways:
If you are connected with Booking Full Synch version: you are able to find your Booking ranking in this section and to edit fields to be improved in a click, as your Booking ad's content is directly managed by AvaiBook
If you are connected with Booking Limited Synch version: you are able to find your Booking ranking in this session but you have to edit fields to be improved by Booking.com webpage, as your Booking ad's content is not managed by AvaiBook

Full Accomodation
If your accomodation in AvaiBook is a full one, in the ranking session of your Content Manager you will find 5 categories:
Lodging page score
Ideal score to work with
Response score
Scoring of comments
Quality assessment
Every category get a ranking, which you can improve adding actions are missing, according with the ones proposed on the drop-down menú.
Actions already completed are green-ticked, and you can recognize the ones to be completed as they are no ticked.
If you are connected with Booking Full Synch version, in order to modify by AvaiBook, click on the part highlighted in blue, thats are the points to be improved; you will be addressed to the Content Manager to finalise the editing.
For example, clicking on the point to be improved "Make sure of all your photos are high quality", you will be addressed to Images section of your Content Manager.

In this case, for example, photos of the bathroom are missing and if you are willing to add some:
If you are connected with Booking Full Synch: add them in AvaiBook but keep in mind photos have to be tagged; in the contrary Booking is not going to recognize it as a bathroom
If you are connected with Booking Limited Synch: add them in Booking, tagged too.
⚠️ Important to remember: when a change is done in AvaiBook, it is possible Booking takes some times to detect it and to transfer the info.
Parcial Accomodation
If your accomodation in AvaiBook is a parcial one, ranking section is availble both in the Content Manager of the general accomodation and in the one of the units.
You should check it in both parts, as in the general Content Manager you will find recommended what to change in the general accomodation and, in the units Content manager you will find recommended what to change on a units level.
Clicking on the point to be improved "Make sure of all your photos are high quality", you will be addressed to the concerned Content Manager, being or of units or of general accomodation.
⚠️Important to remember: when a change is done in AvaiBook, it is possible Booking takes some times to detect it and to transfer the info.
In both cases, full accomodation or parcial accomodation, on the right side yoy can find a chart resuming your ranking and comparing it with the competitors ranking from your same area
Highlights:
Some ranking categories proposed may be coming out "No info"; it means Booking is not transferring info about, at the moment.
