All the information, both the restrictions of your plan and the commissions, can be consulted by going to your Private Zone > My plan:

Associated costs

-1 % per registered booking (applicable for plans with commission)

This commission shall be applied in the following cases:

  • The bookings you receive from your website

  • Pre-bookings that the traveller confirms through AvaiBook

  • Booking invitations confirmed by the traveller

  • Bookings from portals using AvaiBook's booking engine

  • Bookings from portals connected by XML

Bookings created manually in our calendar and blockings made manually or by iCal will be free of charge.

Is this commission refundable?

This commission is non-refundable. It is borne by the owner or the traveller as the case may be:

  • If the traveller cancels within the cancellation policy: AvaiBook will refund the traveller the amount of the advance minus the commissions generated.

  • If the traveller cancels outside the cancellation policy, AvaiBook will not return the advance payment to the traveller and we will pay you the amount, minus the commissions generated.

  • If you cancel as the owner: AvaiBook will refund the full amount of the advance payment to the traveller and you will be responsible for the commissions.

- BDP Commission *

For the use of the online collection tool BDP and BDP Plus:

  • 2% is applied for each transaction made with SEPA and EEA (European Economic Area) credit cards.

  • 4% is applied for each transaction made with AMEX, Virtual Card, China Union Pay, B2B and non-SEPA and non-EEA (European Economic Area) credit cards.

These fees are applied to all types of plans. This fee is not refunded in case of cancellations.

*Free plans have a general commission of 5% per transaction.

Pre-authorisations do not incur a fee.

Other costs:

  • Handling costs: The return of direct debits/collections or bank transfers/payments may incur an additional charge once handled.
