How do I change my contracted plan?

You can easily change your contracted plan without contacting us. However, if you have any doubts about its features, you can call our customer service agents, they will be happy to guide you and help you decide which plan is best for you 😉.

To change the current plan you have go to the My Account menu. You'll find it on the left side of the screen, next to a user icon. Then click on My plan. 

Simply choose the plan that best suits your needs and click the Sign Up button for the plan you've chosen

Our Standard and Pro plans offer you the advantage of contracting a *monthly or annual flat rate, without booking fees and you will only pay for the number of accommodations you manage, so you won't have any surprises at the end of the month?

Finish your contract by making a secure card payment.

If you are going to change to a higher plan, a screen will appear where we will recalculate and discount from the new plan the months you have not yet enjoyed the currently contracted plan.

⚠️ Bank fees not included: 2% for SEPA cards, EEA cards (European Economic Area) | 4% for non-SEPA cards, non-EEA (European Economic Area), cards AMEX, China Union Pay and B2B and virtual cards.

To change your current plan, go to the My Account menu. You will find it on the left side of the screen, next to a user icon. Then click on My plan.

We will show you the information of the current plan and the cost of the flat rate so that you can compare:

1- Information on the current plan

2- Configure how many accommodations and accommodation units you have, as well as whether you want the monthly or annual contract option.

3- We will provide you with the cost according to the number of accommodations you have indicated as well as the main features of the plan.


Our quality department will contact you and explain how to complete the contracting process or answer any questions you may have about the plans.
