Connecting to Booking.com
This synchronization must be started from the Booking.com portal and completed with the help of an AvaiBook agent.

With Vrbo, we have two types of connection. We always recommend using the XML connection, as it is the most comprehensive and automated.
What types of connection are there?
iCal Connection: Only synchronizes availability. It does not allow rate or reservation management.
XML Connection (API): Full synchronization of calendar, rates, content, reservations, and guest data. It allows you to automate payments and manage everything from AvaiBook.
What do you need to enable the XML connection?
To use this connection, it is necessary to invoice as a company (have a VAT number).
AvaiBook recommends full XML synchronization due to its speed, amount of information synchronized, and benefits in visibility and conversion.
It is ideal for those looking for efficient and centralized management. However, if you only need to sync availability and don't want to meet Vrbo's requirements, iCal sync is a simple, if less comprehensive, alternative.
Google connection
This connection will allow you to automatically synchronize rates, availability, content and reservations, making it easier to manage your accommodation from a single platform.
Connecting to HomeToGo
This connection allows you to increase the visibility of your property and manage your bookings efficiently from a single platform. Below, we explain how to set up synchronization with HomeToGo from AvaiBook, the necessary requirements and the advantages of this connection.
Connection with Rentalia
Rentalia and AvaiBook are part of the idealista group.
Rentalia stands out in domestic tourism and has one of the lowest cancellation rates. Bookings are managed through AvaiBook's payment system.
Connection to other portals
