Remember that before starting this process you must have your calendar and rates in AvaiBook updated, as once the synchronization is complete, Expedia will give priority to the information you have in AvaiBook.
To connect to Expedia you can either ask your Account Manager to send us the request or request it from your extranet directly.
From the portal, you can make this request by logging into your Expedia extranet under the menu item Rates and Availability -> Expedia Connectivity Settings.
Select AvaiBook as the provider and check the two options that appear: Availability and rates and Booking retrival.
When you have it, click on the Submit button.
To speed up your synchronization we recommend that you contact us directly via message or our call center.
