In your Booking.com reservations you can report a card as invalid if the data is not correct or you were not able to charge the payment correctly. You can carry out this process from the reservation data in the BDP Collections section. Below the credit card you will see the option to Mark card as invalid.
Click the Mark card as invalid button and Booking.com will automatically send a request to the traveler to provide another card within 24 hours. If you don't, you can cancel the reservation free of charge from Booking.com.
Remember that if the traveler sets up a new card, the failed charge will not be made again automatically, you will have to run the failed charge rule again.
