You can easily change your billing information without contacting us.

If you have reached this point it is because some of the data you configured at the time is incorrect or different now and you want to change it. To do this, you will need to go to My Account, the last option in the list on the left. This option is accompanied by a user icon. Once there, click on My Details

If you just want to add a bank account or modify the one you currently have, you can do so by following the instructions in this FAQ: modify bank account.

The next step is to decide which data you want to appear in your Billing Data section, that is, the holder to whom AvaiBook will issue the invoices.

Once this point has been decided, you must select the type of user: individual, self-employed or company.

To do this, follow the steps shown in the image below:

In the section Billing data, modify the data you want to appear from now on: type, name and surname(s)/trade name, NIF/CIF and address. Please note that if you are a company, you must indicate your company's VAT number. If you are a private individual, indicate your NIF

When you have finished, click on the Save button.

Once you save the changes, the system will open a message indicating that you have modified your billing information and that you must provide documentation verifying that information in order to validate the changes:

You can either modify the current account or keep it:

  • If you decide to keep the bank account, the system will ask you to attach the tax documentation that validates the new invoicing data entered.

  • If you decide to change it, click here:

When you have finished, click on the button marked The data I am providing is true and click on Save.

Within 24-48 hours you will receive a decision on your request to change your billing information.
