We have made the cancellation policy more visible and clearer directly in the reservation tab. Now all information is displayed in the “More Information” tab, allowing you to quickly and centrally review the conditions of each reservation.
What information we store
The full cancellation policy of each reservation is displayed.
This allows us to centralize and manage the information clearly in our system.

Types of manual reservations:
Confirmed by you
Pending confirmation by the traveler
Booking and Airbnb
AvaiBook booking engine
Manual reservation pending confirmation by the traveller
Reservation created manually confirmed by you
📌 Only for reservations created manually and confirmed by you, the cancellation policy is editable.
In future phases, we expect to process cancellation policies for HomeToGo, Vrbo, and Expedia, which are not yet available.
With this update, you will have all the relevant reservation information at your fingertips, making internal management and monitoring of cancellation conditions easier.
