HomeToGo is a channel that only allows listings through a Certified Channel Manager such as AvaiBook. This connection allows you to increase your accommodation's visibility and manage your bookings efficiently from a single platform.
📌 Once the integration is complete, you will manage all the information directly from AvaiBook, as HomeToGo does not provide its own extranet.
The booking engine used will be AvaiBook's, centralising your operations.
Below, we explain how to set up the HomeToGo sync from AvaiBook, the necessary requirements and the benefits of this connection.

Payment management for HomeToGo bookings
Important payment information
Since 1 July 2024, HomeToGo manages payments directly for new connections through its payment provider, Adyen. This involves:
Signing a contract with Adyen
Identity verification (KYC)
Payments 24 hours after check-in
No payment management dashboard in AvaiBook
Custom payment rules and pre-authorisations cannot be configured from AvaiBook
Existing connections will continue to operate with payments managed by AvaiBook, with no changes.
AvaiBook manages 100% of the amount of each booking. To do this, it is essential to correctly configure the payment rules for the deposit and remaining balance:
Deposit: Define the percentage or fixed amount that will be charged automatically when the booking is confirmed.
Remaining balance: Define when and how the remaining amount will be charged.
These rules can be reviewed under Online payments > Settings in your AvaiBook account.
⚠️ There is no need to set specific rules for mandatory extras, as they are automatically included in the total booking price.
AvaiBook will issue the booking payment between 24 and 48 hours after the guest has been charged, depending on the method and settings configured.
What commission does HomeToGo charge?
According to the information available to us, HomeToGo may charge the property owner a commission of 15% of the total booking amount. This percentage is for guidance only and should be checked against the terms of your contract.
We recommend confirming directly with HomeToGo the applicable percentage and the items on which it is calculated. Commissions and contractual terms are established by the channel itself and may be updated; AvaiBook is not involved in setting them.
Cancellation management for HomeToGo bookings
