There are currently two types of synchronization with Booking, one limited and the other complete. In the next months we are going to carry out a migration so that all accommodations are fully connected to this portal.
If you're interested, you can ask us to switch to full sync at any time. We will only have to carry out some checks on your configuration together with you and then we will proceed to activate the complete synchronization. Remember that once done, it will not be possible in any case to return to the previous version.

Below we indicate the main differences between the two synchronizations and the improvements that have been made in the Full Content Version, with the aim that you know all the additional configurations that this new version offers you and allows you to send to Booking, to increase the centralization of your procedures in AvaiBook.

The Content of your ad: The parts indicated with the Booking icon in the content manager will be synchronized with the portal directly from AvaiBook. Photos, amenities, distribution of beds... And much more! The tags on the Content Manager photos will also be synced, they will be sent as tags. Last but not least, the Covid Protocols and settings related to children are synchronized.
Along with all of the above, with this new version of the synchronization, if you manage the charges with AvaiBook if there is a cancellation and the Refund corresponds to your traveler it will always be done automatically.
Also, it will be more comfortable for you to manage the Quotas, if you work with them, since with this new version you will be able to modify the number of units you have for sale at any given time by yourself from the link, activating or deactivating units . Previously it was necessary to contact an AvaiBook agent.
