Keeping your account secure is essential. In this article we explain how to change or recover your password, update your email address, and enable two-factor authentication (2FA) with Google Authenticator.


How do I change my password?

You can easily update your password without contacting our support team. Just follow these steps:

  • Go to My Private Area > Security.

  • Click on the Change password button.

  • Enter your current password, then type and confirm your new password.

  • Click Save to finish.

Password requirements:

  • Minimum 8 characters

  • At least one uppercase letter, one lowercase letter, one number, and one special character (e.g. !, @, #, etc.)


Forgot your password?

Don’t worry, you can easily recover it:

  • Go to avaibook.com and click the “Login” button.

  • On the login screen, select “Forgot your password?”

  • Enter your username or the email associated with your account.

  • You will receive an email with instructions to create a new password.

⭐ If you do not see the email, check your spam or junk folder.
Add AvaiBook as a “safe sender” to ensure you receive our communications.

Once you log in, we recommend changing the generated password to a stronger one following the requirements mentioned above.


Improve security with two-factor authentication (2FA)

Strengthen access to your account with two-factor authentication (2FA). This system adds an extra layer of security: in addition to your password, you will need a code generated on your mobile device using the Google Authenticator app.

How to enable two-factor authentication

  • Download the Google Authenticator app from:

  • Access your AvaiBook account from a computer.

  • Go to My Private Area > Security.

  • Enable the Two-factor authentication (2FA) option.

  • Scan the QR code displayed on the screen using the Google Authenticator app.

  • Enter the code generated by the app and click Save authentication.

Done! You have activated two-factor authentication.


When will the code be required?

  • Every 7 days automatically.

  • Whenever a new device or IP is detected.
