Change my user email
To change your email address, you will need to contact one of our AvaiBook customer service agents.
As your email address is linked to important aspects of your management, such as your security and transactions, it is essential that we verify your identity before making the change.
In order to process your order efficiently, please let us know:
The last 10 digits of the bank account you currently have associated with AvaiBook, only the last 10 digits.
The new email address you wish to set up.
Remember that once the change has been made, this will be your new main e-mail address to access your user (the password can remain the same) and receive all our notifications.
How do I change my password?
You can easily change your password without contacting us.
To change it go to the menu My Account > Security.
Click the Change Password button.
Enter your old password and then write down and confirm your new password.
When you have finished, click on the Change Password button.
Recover password
If you have forgotten your AvaiBook password, don't worry, you can create a new one without contacting us.
When you access AvaiBook from the Login button, a screen will appear where you will have to click on Forgot your password? (1) and tell us which user (2) you registered with AvaiBook. We will then send you an email with your new password so that you can access the system.
Once inside AvaiBook we recommend that you change this password that we have sent you for a more secure password that contains numbers, uppercase, lowercase and special characters
If you don't receive the email in a few minutes, we recommend that you check your spam or junk mail folder, it may be there.
Remember to mark AvaiBook as a "safe sender" so that you can receive and be informed of all communications we send you.
