In order to create a new Hotel ID in Booking, from AvaiBook, it is necessary to provide your Legal Entity ID assigned in Booking.

The Legal Entity ID is an identifier code that Booking.com provides to all users. It is necessary to create new ads from AvaiBook, so that all ads are always collected in the same group account in Booking.com.

How do I get it?

If you still don't have your Legal Entity ID or you don't know what it is, you should contact Booking.com.

They will let you know if you already have a Legal Entity ID or not.

  • If you don't have it:

    • You can request it to Booking: asking them to create you a group account and a Legal Entity ID in which they should include all your existing listings.

In this case, the best option is to write a message through the “Inbox” of your Booking extranet of an existing accommodation requesting the creation of the group account with the Legal Entity ID and specifying the references of all the ads you want to add to that account.

    • You can create it through AvaiBook, choosing this option during the Ad creation process.

In the last case you must add an email that does not exist in Booking. In this way, a new Booking account will be created and you will be automatically assigned a legal entity ID. Once this new account is created, you can ask Booking to migrate your existing listings to this new account so that they also appear in your legal entity ID.

  • If you are told that you already have a Legal Entity ID created and associated to your accounts, you will be able to find it in your Booking extranet:

Create a new property in Booking.com

If you want to create from AvaiBook a new ad in an existing Booking account, you must have a Legal Entity ID for the new ad to be inserted together with the others you have in your Booking.com group account.

If you already have your Legal Entity ID you must indicate it in the steps of creating a new ad from AvaiBook:

If we detect that one of your connected ads already has a Legal Entity ID in our system, we will show it to you so you can choose to go ahead with it.

If the Legal Entity ID we show in that space is not correct, you will have to insert the one corresponding to the Booking account in which you want the ad to be created.

Connecting an existing Hotel ID

To connect with AvaiBook an ad you already have in Booking, you are not required to fill in the space for the “Legal Entity ID”. However, if you insert it, it will help you to leave it already registered in order to be able to create new ads in Booking from AvaiBook in the future.
