What happens if there have been changes in the company structure or organisational changes?
If there has been a change in the structure of the company or any other organisational change, documents evidencing such changes must be submitted together with the original articles of association of the new company.
To complete the articles of association of the company, you can do this by joining the two documents together. We offer you a very useful tool to do this: I LOVE PDF. With it you will be able to convert the documents you want to present and join them into a single file to be able to attach it to the platform.
If the size of the document is larger than the weight allowed by the platform, you can also compress it from the same tool once the new combined document has been downloaded.
