With this tool, as the owner, you will be able to create and use a vacation rental contract linked to a reservation.

How is it configured?
You have to enter the accommodation file from Accommodation > My accommodation > Fast Check-in and work this module automatically or manually. If you have the module disabled, you will not be able to generate this type of contracts.
In the middle of the screen, you will have to check the option to activate contracts and click on the "Create contract" box to enter the configuration:
Select one of the options that we propose. You will be able to create a contract from scratch or choose between a complete, standard/simple or extensive model.
In these templates you will see that you have included many #parameters# that will be completed with the main information of your reservations:
Add the name
If you want your logo to appear, check this option. Remember that your logo has to be configured in the booking engine customization.
With the mouse you can capture your signature. If you want it to appear automatically in all your contracts, you will have to include the parameter #firma_alojamiento# in the template at the bottom.
Once you have finished configuring the contract, you can open a preview or send yourself a test, which you will receive in the email with which you are registered in AvaiBook. To finish, you will have to save all the configuration.
Once you have saved the configuration in an accommodation, you will be able to edit the contract or copy/duplicate it to other of your accommodations.
How is the lease generated?
TYou will have to access the reservation details in the "Fast Check-in" tab. In the "Guests" section, where the data of your travelers are completed, you will have to enter to edit the information from the pen icon. This way you will access the section where your traveler has to sign.
Below that box you have the option to accept the contract and preview it.
If any information about your traveler is modified and the changes are saved, the previous contract will be deleted. To generate a new contract, the guest will have to re-sign and re-accept the terms.
The contract will be generated with the main traveler but, if you need it, you have the option to generate an additional contract for the rest of your travelers.
Once the contract has been generated, you can send a copy to the email you want or download it:
You will be able to download all your rental contracts from the general section of Planning > Reservations:
How do I send the lease in an email template?
If you want your travelers to receive the contract by email after signing it, you can create an automatic email.
