Yes, you can differentiate the price for each sales channel, Booking included.
1- Access Channel Manager
2-Click on the Booking logo. and all the names of your connected properties appear below.
3- Click on an accommodation.
4- Click Go to settings
5- You will have a small square with the € symbol and one with the % symbol, you can configure the increment in the way you prefer. (We suggest the percentage)
🔄 How do I set prices?
The prices that are sending to Booking are those defined in the default rates and seasons. We add in increment if you have it configured in the way indicated in the previous point.
🔄How do I set the prices for additional people?
The prices of additional person is not information that AvaiBook synchronizes with Booking.
You must configure them directly in Booking.
Keep in mind that AvaiBook will always send a single price, which is the price of the maximum occupancy that you have configured in Booking for your rate.
🔄Can I define a minimum stay for a specific Booking?
You have the possibility to define a minimum stay that applies only to Booking.
1- Access Channel Manager
2-Click on the Booking logo so that all the names of the connected accommodations appear below
3- Click on an accommodation
4- Click Go to settings
5- Next to the little squares of the increments you have a phrase in green that says I want to define a minimum stay for this rate, click there
6- A section is displayed where you can define a minimum and a maximum stay, write the number of days
7- Click Send settings to save
Remember that this only applies for this specific rate, for this specific accommodation/unit, but for all dates indistinctly
🔄 Can I not sell specific dates on Booking?
Puedes cerrar el calendario para unas fechas concretas que no quieras vender en Booking, pero que quieres seguir vendiendo en otros canales.
You can close the calendar for specific dates that you do not want to sell on Booking, but that you want to continue selling on other channels.
1- Access Channel Manager
2-Click on the Booking logo so that all the names of the connected accommodations appear below
3- Click on an accommodation
4- Click Go to settings
5- You will find the Calendar management section on Booking.com with a small calendar
6- Use the Open or close sales button to open or close those dates you want, only for Booking
7- Select the Room, the Rate to close/open, the period of time, and the action
8- Finish by clicking the Submit button
🔄 How do I configure the cancellation policy?
AvaiBook does not send the cancellation policy to Booking, you must configure it in Booking, and also reflect it in AvaiBook so that the system knows with which cancellation policy to manage your reservations.
🔄 How do I reflect in AvaiBook the cancellation policy chosen in Booking?
1- Access Channel Manager
2- Click on the Booking logo so that all the names of the connected accommodations appear below
3- Click on an accommodation
4- Click Go to settings
5- In the cancellation policy configuration section, reflect the policy chosen in Booking
Remember that this is only for this specific accommodation/unit, and if you have more than one rate you have to repeat the operation for each one
🔄 Automatic refund of the advance payment received, if the reservation is canceled within the cancellation policy.
AvaiBook can make an automatic refund of the advance you have collected for a reservation if it detects that the traveler has canceled within the terms provided by the cancellation policy.
In order for the system to do so, it is necessary that:
-You have reflected in AvaiBook the cancellation policy chosen in Booking (see previous point)
-You have activated the automatic management of the cancellation policy

5- In the Cancellation policy configuration section, click the checkbox to activate the automatic management of the cancellation policy
🔄 How do I create collection rules for Booking reservations?
With AvaiBook you can stop worrying about charging for your reservations, and let the system do everything automatically by configuring collection rules.
The charging rules can be different for each channel, if you wish.
1- Access Channel Manager
2- Click on the Booking logo so that all the names of the connected accommodations appear below
3- Click on an accommodation
4- Click Go to settings
5- In the Automatic payment rules section you can create a rule for advance payment, rest or for additional payments
6- For each rule you decide to create, configure the Type of operation as charge, choose when to schedule it, the amount and write a concept
7- Save the configuration with the green button to create rule at the bottom right
🔄 Is cleaning or any other extra synchronized?
All extras are configured directly in Booking.
*Keep in mind that when Booking sends us a reservation, the configured extras will be included in the total price of the reservation.

5- In the Booking.com Rate Maintenance section you have a line for each of your rates
6- You can configure an increase in € or in % if you wish, which will apply only to Booking
7- If you want the minimum stay to be different from what you have established in the seasons, you can configure it in the section I want to define a minimum stay for this rate
8- In this same section you can also set a maximum stay if you want
9- To save click on Send configuration
