The connection with Vrbo [XML] is one of the most complete available in AvaiBook.
This connection not only allows you to sync calendars and prices, but you can also sync the content of your listing from AvaiBook to Vrbo and have it all centralized.
For this reason the synchronization process is not as immediate as in other cases. You must follow the steps below:
You can start the connection process either from AvaiBook or from Vrbo, our recommendation is to do it from AvaiBok since it is much faster. If you don't have a Vrbo account yet, you can sign up and start the connection project from this link https://www.homeaway.co.uk/l/pmsc/avaibook
Your Vrbo account manager will contact you and provide you with a contract specifying the connection conditions with Vrbo. Once you have checked it, you will have to send it back to them signed.
With the contract ready, they'll open your connection project in Vrbo. At this point they will start to check if in AvaiBook you have already completed all the content for your listings.
To do this, start the link in AvaiBook and complete the content.
Now that you have everything ready, notify your Vrbo Pre-implementation Agent so they can review it. In case he notifies you of any errors let us know so we can help you.
If everything is correct they will move your project to Implementation, where they will make some last revisions.
Finally they will do a quick training with you and put your ads online.
