Vrbo Integration Audit Report

Have you received an email from Vrbo titled “Integration Audit Report”? What does it mean?

Written by Adriana Silva

The Integration Audit Report is a report sent by Vrbo to users to notify them about errors detected during the XML integration process.

How does the Vrbo XML integration work?

This process starts when you complete all the required information in AvaiBook to connect your property with Vrbo.

Once the information is sent, Vrbo reviews it in order to complete the connection correctly.

Why do errors appear?

The reported errors are usually caused by:

  • Incorrect information sent from AvaiBook.

  • Data that is not compatible with Vrbo’s required format, such as:

    • license numbers,

    • NRUA,

    • or other mandatory fields.

What should you do if you receive this report?

If you receive an email titled Integration Audit Report, it is generally just an informational report that Vrbo sends monthly or biweekly.

In most cases:

  • no action is required from your side,

  • as it is simply a summary of issues detected during the information exchange between AvaiBook and Vrbo.

What if the error keeps appearing?

If you notice that an error persists or you would like more details, we recommend contacting Vrbo support directly, as they will be able to explain the exact issue.

In any case, you can also contact us at: 📩 ayuda@avaibook.com, and we will help you review it.
