To change your email address, you will need to contact one of our AvaiBook customer service agents.
As your email address is linked to important aspects of your management, such as your security and transactions, it is essential that we verify your identity before making the change.
In order to process your order efficiently, please let us know:
The last 10 digits of the bank account you currently have associated with AvaiBook, only the last 10 digits.
The new email address you wish to set up.
⚠️ Remember that once the change has been made, this will be your new main e-mail address to access your user (the password can remain the same) and receive all our notifications.
We will inform you as soon as we have finished the process of updating your email address.
