Why is this configuration important?
The bathroom distribution configuration in your properties is aligned with the level of detail required by Booking.com to ensure the information is displayed correctly on their platform.
Defining this configuration correctly allows you to:
Specify the number and type of bathrooms.
Indicate whether they are private or shared.
Accurately reflect the layout within the property.
An incorrect configuration may cause the information shown on Booking.com not to accurately represent your property.
Important: Which connection mode does it sync with?
This configuration only syncs with Booking.com when you are using the complete connection mode (Full Sync).
If you have Full Sync enabled, any changes you make to the bathroom configuration will automatically update on Booking.com after saving.
If you are working with the limited mode, this information will not be sent to the portal.
How can you check which connection mode you have active?
To identify your connection type with Booking.com:
Access the Channel Manager in AvaiBook.
Click on Booking.com.
In the list of your properties synced with Booking, check whether a blue label with the indication “Full Sync” appears next to the property name.
If the blue “Full Sync” label appears, you are using the complete mode.
If it does not appear, your connection is set to limited mode.

Where and how to review the bathroom configuration?
If you are working with the complete mode (Full Sync), follow these steps to verify the information:
Access the Content Manager.
Select the property you wish to review.
Go to the Features section.
Within this section, you will be able to review and adjust the detailed bathroom configuration and its layout (number, type, and arrangement within the property).
Confirm that the information is correct; if it is not, adjust it according to the actual bathroom layout of your property.
Once reviewed, click the Save button at the bottom of the page so the system can automatically send the update to Booking.com.
It is essential that the information accurately reflects the actual bathroom layout of your property, as this is the data that will be synced with the portal.
