Inside your AvaiBook account, you have access to the My Invoices section, a space where all the invoices issued by AvaiBook to you as a customer are stored and organized. From here, you can easily view, filter, download, or export them.
Below, we explain what you can do in this section and what types of invoices you will find.
Where can you find your invoices?
Log in to your AvaiBook account.
In your private area menu, go to the My Invoices section.
On this page, all invoices issued by AvaiBook are stored in an organized way, so you can access them whenever you need.
What types of invoices are stored here?
In this section, you will find all invoices related to your activity as an AvaiBook customer, specifically:
Plan renewal invoices.
Invoices for additional services (Dynamic Pricing, Easy Web...).
Bank payment gateway commission invoices.
All of these invoices are automatically and permanently stored so you can review or download them whenever needed.
Features available in the “My Invoices” section
Within this page, you will find several tools that allow you to easily locate and manage your invoices.
Quick filters
You can search for invoices using two main filters:
Invoice code: enter the invoice number to find it directly.
Period: select a date range to view only the invoices issued during that period.
You can also click Search directly to display all available invoices.
Download and export options
At the bottom of the page, you will find several useful features:
Export to Excel: download a file containing all invoices displayed after your search or filtering.
View invoice: click on the eye icon for the invoice you want to view or download.
