The new “More Information” section within each reservation’s details now includes an event history (Logs) that allows users to quickly and transparently review all relevant actions that occurred throughout the reservation’s lifecycle.
This feature provides greater traceability, control, and visibility over changes and events that were previously unrecorded, such as automatic sends, updates, or modifications made by the system, the user, or the traveler.
📌 Please note: logs are only saved for reservations created from November 10, 2025 onwards.
For this reason, this feature is not available for reservations created before this date, nor can it be applied retroactively.
What is the Reservation Log for?
The Log allows you to:
Check what changes have been made to a reservation and when.
See who performed each action (owner, traveler, channel, or system).
Review automatic events, such as failed payments or email sends.
Resolve issues more quickly without needing to contact support.
Where to find it
To view the Logs for a reservation:
Go to the reservation’s details.
In the top menu, select the “More Information” tab.
You will see all events recorded in chronological order.
Each event will show full details so you can understand what happened and when, without having to contact support.
What types of events are recorded?
Whenever something important happens in a reservation, the system automatically records it.
Below is a list of the events you will see in the history and their meaning 👇
Event Name (EN) | Description |
Manual reservation creation
New request reservation under request
Acceptance of the reservation request
Modification of check-in/check-out dates
Modificación de número de huéspedes
Modification of amounts
Change in number of guests
Notification of invalid card data or request to enter card
Reservation cancellation
Submission and confirmation of guests to Authorities
What information does each event include?
Each Log entry shows the following:
Exact date and time when the event occurred.
Event type (name in English).
Source or responsible party (user, channel, or IP).
Details of the change or action, if applicable (e.g., modified dates, new amounts, etc.).
📌 The log update is not asynchronous, so processed changes will not appear immediately. Once the system records and updates the information internally, the new data will be reflected in the logs, but there may be a brief delay before it becomes visible.
Main Benefits
Greater transparency: all information in one place.
Complete traceability: clear tracking of what happens in each reservation.
Autonomy: resolve questions without relying on support.
Fewer issues: all information is recorded and accessible.
Upcoming Improvements
We are working so that in future versions you will be able to:
Filter Logs by event type or date range.
Download the complete history if needed.
