There is the option to delete an AirBnB reservation from AvaiBook, if you fancy.

Anyway, before going ahead with the cancellation, it is important to know what consequences the cancellation involves. In most cases, depending on the situations, calendar may be blocked for the dates of the cancelled reservation. You can find further clarifications about host penalties at this article

Keep in mind, every reservation is unique and, for this reason, the cancellation causes are different from each others.

The financial penalty from AirBnB depends on different elements, such as the accomodation's location, the time left to the chek-in and the host's status. The penalty's amount will be shown in the cancellation's stage.

At the moment of cancellation, you will be asked for the reason of cancellation (1), to choose from the causes proposed by AirBnB, and to live a message for the guest (2):

Guest asked to the host the booking's cancellation. The reservation's infos are wrong and guest wants to make a reservation again.
