The Statistics section in AvaiBook allows you to visually track the performance of your bookings, revenue, occupancy, and other key metrics to better understand how your properties are performing.
All information is updated automatically based on the selected period and can be customized to display only the data that is relevant to you.
What will you find in the Dashboard?
Go to Planning > Statistics to access the new dashboard, which brings together your business's main performance indicators in a single screen, helping you make data-driven decisions.
As soon as you access the dashboard, you'll find the main KPIs for your business, including:
Number of bookings
Revenue
Occupancy
Average length of stay
ADR (Average Daily Rate)
RevPAR (Revenue per Available Room)
Cancellations
Average booking lead time
This overview provides a clear snapshot of your property's performance during the selected period.
Summary Metrics
At the top of the dashboard, you'll find a summary of the main indicators for the selected period:
Bookings received: Total number of bookings recorded.
Total revenue: Total revenue generated from bookings.
Average revenue per booking: Average revenue earned per booking.
Booked nights: Total number of nights booked across all reservations.
Average length of stay: Average number of nights per booking.
Average booking lead time: The average time between when guests make their booking and their check-in date.
This section also includes its own date filter, allowing you to analyze these metrics independently from the rest of the dashboard whenever needed.
Global Date Range Filter
At the top of the page, you'll find a date range selector that applies to all statistics displayed on the dashboard.
You can view data for the following periods:
Current month
Previous month
Last 3 months
Current year

When you select any of these options, all KPIs and charts are automatically updated to reflect the chosen date range.
Customize the Visible Charts
In the upper-right corner of the dashboard, you'll find the Views button.
From this menu, you can choose which chart sections you want to display or hide.
The available options are:
Trends

Occupancy by Property
Simply click on any option to enable or disable it. This allows you to customize the Statistics dashboard and display only the information that is most relevant to you.
Available Charts
Each chart includes its own date range selector, allowing you to analyze a different time period than the one selected for the rest of the dashboard, if needed.
Booking evolution
Displays the evolution of bookings based on the date they were made.
This chart helps you understand how your bookings and sales evolve over time.
Check-ins
Shows bookings based on their check-in date (check-in date trend).
This chart is particularly useful for analyzing future occupancy and understanding how revenue is distributed across check-in months.
Channel/Portal
Displays the distribution of bookings and revenue by the channel through which the bookings were received.
For example:

Booking.com
Airbnb
Expedia
Vrbo

If there is no data available for the selected period, the system will display the message "No data available for the selected period."
Accommodation

Length of Stay
Displays the distribution of bookings based on the number of nights booked.
This chart allows you to quickly identify the typical length of stay of your guests.

Number of bookings
Revenue generated
according to the source of each booking.
This chart makes it easy to identify your main business sources.
Occupancy
Displays the percentage of:
Occupied nights
Available nights
during the selected period.
It provides a quick overview of your properties' overall occupancy level.
Occupancy by property
Allows you to view the occupancy rate for each individual property.
This chart also includes a property selector, where you can choose the property you want to analyze.
The selector displays all properties configured in AvaiBook, including both active and inactive properties, making it possible to review historical statistics regardless of the property's current status.
If there are no bookings for the selected period, the corresponding message will be displayed indicating that no data is available.
Independent filters for each chart
In addition to the global date range filter at the top of the page, most charts include their own date range selector.
This allows you to:
View the summary for the current year while analyzing booking trends for the last month.
Compare different time periods without changing the date range for the entire dashboard.
Gain a more flexible and detailed view of your business performance.
Each chart maintains its own independently selected date range, allowing you to analyze different metrics over different periods simultaneously.
