As you know, from AvaiBook we send all the synchronized channels the available dates in your calendar, which you will find in the "Planning" menu, so that they can be sold, and it will be from this calendar where you will manage your availability for all of them.

But, specifically with Booking we have an extra functionality.

If there are certain dates on which you want to offer availability for the rest of the channels that you have connected and not for Booking, you will have the possibility to do so from the calendar configuration within the synchronization of this portal.

This section will allow you to open and close dates for the different rates you have created.

You will access this section from Accommodations > My accommodations. Select the property and in the right area click on the Manage Rates button with the Booking icon.

Select the tab: Open and close sales.

This calendar is dedicated exclusively to the closures and openings of the Booking rates, therefore what you do here will only be reflected on this portal.

You will see your accommodation in the main line and below it, you will find a line for each of the rates with which you work.

The calendar that you have to take as a reference to record blockages and reservations is that of the general AvaiBook (Planning). Although all rates are open in this section, it does not mean that the portal can sell if you already have a reservation. We simply allow you to close rates that you do not want to sell on certain dates in this channel.

You have a button available to close the dates and another to open, in any case once you have clicked on the button you must indicate: Which accommodation or unit you want to open/close (1), which rate you want to open/close (2) and for which period you want to open/close dates (3).

Closed dates will appear in gray on the calendar and open dates (always respecting AvaiBook availability) will be in white.

If you make a closing of dates, you can always see the beginning and the end of that closing by placing the cursor over the closing.
