To properly set up your account and start taking advantage of all the features we offer, we recommend following this step-by-step guide. Here are the training blocks that will help you get your account up and running efficiently.

Hosting Setup

In this section you will learn how to create and configure your accommodations in AvaiBook. This includes:

  • Importing properties from Airbnb.

  • The manual creation of complete or partial accommodations.

  • The configuration of base rates and seasons.

  • The definition of cancellation policies and the rules of the accommodation.

  • The configuration of the advances and the deposit.

  • The calendar update.

This is the first manual to follow to complete your main setup and start using AvaiBook with all its advantages. Ready?

Synchronization with OTAs and Booking Engine on the Web

This is the second manual: here you will find explained the steps to connect your accommodations to the main portals (such as Airbnb, Booking.com, etc.) and integrate the booking engine into your website.

Thanks to this configuration you will be able to:

  • Manage all bookings and availability from one place.

  • Avoid overbooking (double bookings).

  • Increase the visibility of your online accommodations.
