AvaiBook allows you to modify the accommodation of an already confirmed reservation, regardless of whether it was created manually or online.
There are two ways to do this:
From the calendar
If we want to move a reservation, or block, quickly from the calendar to an accommodation and dates that are available, simply click and hold the dates and drag to the appropriate period and accommodation.
Once the reservation, pre-booking or blocking is located in the calendar, an information screen will appear, where as a summary, we indicate the current data of the reservation (1) and the final information (2), if it is correct you will simply have to click on the Move button in the lower right corner of the screen to confirm the change.
From the booking form
You only need to access the complete booking form. From the menu Planning > Reservations, find the specific reservation and click on its ID to access the file.
When you are in the complete file of the reservation, look at the box on your right where the assigned accommodation appears.
Just click on the pencil icon that allows you to Edit the assigned accommodation, a screen will appear where you will have to select the destination accommodation (1) and click on Move the booking (2).
* Remember that if the booking comes from a channel you will also have to reflect the changes on their platform
