Cleaning Employee Profile

This Guide is designed to help you understand how to access the AvaiBook platform and what you can do with your Cleaning Employee profile.
Remember that your access is limited and you will only have available the functions necessary to manage your cleaning tasks.


How do I access the platform?

Once your login has been created, you will receive an email with your username and password. To access the platform:

  1. Go to page 👉 avaibook.com

  2. At the top right, click the ENTER button.

  3. Enter your email and the password received by email.
    ⚠️ Don't copy/paste: manually enter the password to avoid space errors.

4. Once inside, access the menu:

  • Planning > Check in/out, where you will see your assigned tasks.

  • My details (your name), where you can change your password.


What information can I see on an assigned task?

When you enter a task, you will be able to visualize:

  • Details of the main guest (name, surname, email and telephone).

  • Number of nights booked

  • Number of guests in the booking

  • Start and end dates of the stay.

  • Origin of the reservation (e.g. Booking, Airbnb, website, etc.)

  • Guest's phone number and email

  • Notes added to the task by the administrator or manager.

Once you mark the task as finished, the system will send a notification email to the manager.


What actions can I perform on a task?

From your login you can:

  • Update assignment notes.

  • Mark the task as complete

  • Mark the task as complete when you've completed the work.

  • Update the information linked to the iCal (calendar) in case of sharing an ical with the property manager.

You can also:

  • Print the booking list in case you need to share it with more people on your team

  • Copy them into an ical to share with others on your team.


What happens if I mark a task as finished by mistake?

You must contact your manager so that they can correct the status of the task on the platform.


Can I change booking details (such as guest name or dates)?

No. As a Cleaning Employee you can only:

  • Add notes.

  • Mark tasks as completed.

  • Update iCal.

The booking details can only be modified by the administrator.
