You can now quickly and visually identify whether a unit has been cleaned and update its status directly from the calendar, making it easier to coordinate your team and manage daily operations.

How to activate the feature
The Cleaning Status feature is available within the accommodation's profile, under the “Options” section. This tool allows you to enable the cleaning status by simply clicking the corresponding button.
Important information about activation
This feature is activated at the accommodation level. For partial accommodations, enabling it will apply to all individual units within that accommodation.
It cannot be activated for individual units, as the configuration is always done at the overall accommodation level, whether full or partial.
How does it work?
This feature is designed exclusively for internal informational use, allowing you to:
Mark whether an accommodation is clean or not.
Access this option both as a main user and as an employee profile user.
⚠️ Activating the feature does not mean the cleaning status will be shown automatically in the calendar. It only enables the broom icon so the status can be manually selected.
Planning and Calendar view
Once activated from the accommodation’s profile:
A broom icon will appear before the accommodation name in both Planning and Calendar views, in grey.
Right-clicking the icon will display options to set the cleaning status.
You can choose from three statuses:
To be cleaned: the broom turns orange.
Clean: the broom turns green.
Unspecified: default status, broom remains grey.
This allows you to quickly and visually identify which accommodations are ready and which are not.
📌The broom icon will only be visible if the feature has been activated in the accommodation profile.
Option to copy cleaning status
You can copy this configuration to other accommodations without having to repeat the activation process manually:
Go to the source accommodation.
Navigate to Options → Copy to others.
Select “State of cleanliness”
Choose the target accommodations.
Click “Duplicate.”
🔔 This only copies whether the cleaning status feature is enabled or not. It does not copy the actual status (clean/not clean), which must be set manually from Planning > Calendar.
Usability of the Cleaning Status for Check-in/Check-out Users
When a user with check-in/out permissions for cleaning marks their “Task Completed”, the system automatically updates the Cleaning Status of the corresponding accommodation.
In this way, it communicates directly with the main user, and the system marks the accommodation as “Clean”, changing the broom icon to green on the calendar.
This automation enables smoother and more coordinated internal management, avoiding duplications and ensuring that all team members can see the updated status of each accommodation in real time.
📲 Managing cleaning status via the app
Currently, the feature can only be activated in the app by accessing the accommodation profile under “Booking Options.”
However, since the calendar we display is individual, in this first phase it is not possible to mark the cleaning status directly from the accommodation's calendar.
💻 From the web (desktop) version, it is possible to manage the cleaning status directly from the property’s calendar.
