What is my current plan?

You can view information related to your current plan in the My Plan section of your account.

For example: Annual PRO Plan


How do renewal and billing work?

  • Purchase type: Annual with upfront payment.

  • Renewal date: Displayed in the Renewal and Billing section.

  • Activation date: Shown together with the expiration date.


How many properties are included in my current plan?

  • Limits: X properties and X accommodation units.

If you need more properties, you can contact support for a customized plan.


What are the bank fees?

  • SEPA: 2%

  • Outside SEPA EEA, Extra SEPA, AMEX, and B2B: 4%

👉 Bank fees are always calculated excluding VAT.

What are the differences between Standard and Pro?

On the same screen, you will always find the updated differences between the Standard and Pro plans.


How can I upgrade my plan?

If you want to switch from Standard to Pro (or vice versa), click the "I want information of the..." button or contact support.


Where can I find my account ID number?

In the My Details section, you will find your Account ID number and the email address you used to register with AvaiBook.
