How does the maximum stay work?
Regulations on vacation rentals vary significantly between autonomous communities regarding the maximum length of stays. Some set a limit of 31 nights, others at 10 nights, while in some cases, stays of up to 2 months are allowed. On the other hand, there are communities where no such restrictions exist.
How to configure the maximum stay?
From the menu Accommodations -> My Accommodations. Select the property where you want to update this information and, in the Rates tab, you can define the maximum stay.
Additionally, on Booking.com, you can define a specific maximum stay for each of your rates.
For Expedia, you can also set the maximum length of stay for each of your rates.
To configure this, simply go to the synchronization settings screen:
How is the maximum stay synchronized with portals?
Once configured, the maximum stay will be automatically sent and updated on all compatible portals.
For Booking.com, you can define a specific maximum stay for each of your rates from the connection settings. If no maximum stay is defined for these rates, the default maximum stay will be synchronized automatically.
Please note that the maximum stay will be the same for your entire calendar, meaning all defined seasons will share the same limit.
