What is additional occupancy?

If the price of your accommodation varies depending on the number of people booking the property you must define the prices for additional capacity of your accommodation. This additional capacity is defined as the difference between the maximum number of occupants that can be accommodated in your accommodation and the minimum number of travellers that you ask to make a reservation.

How do I set up supplements per additional person?

To configure the prices of your additional occupancy you will have to go to the menu Accommodation > My Accommodation and choose a property. Select  Rates Tab section.

You can define the supplements per additional person both in your default rate and in each of your seasons.

Remember that for this option to appear you must have a maximum capacity higher                             than the minimum occupancy of your accommodation.

Click on Edit prices to view the edition:

Define your supplements for each additional person. Remember that they are cumulative (if for one person we select 10€, two people will be 20€ and three people 30€).
In addition, with the x button you can automatically multiply the supplement of the first additional person so that the others complete themselves.

Once you have configured it, click on the Save button.
