🔹 Step 1: Activate Easy Web
To get started, contact us through ajuda@avaibook.com or schedule a demo through the AvaiBook website, so that we can send you a personalized quote.
Once accepted, we will activate Easy Web in your account so that you can start the setup.
🔹 Step 2: Set up your subdomain or domain
If you have a Standard Plan:
👉 You can set up a custom subdomain.
If you have a Pro Plan:
👉 You can set up your own domain.
💡 Tip: If you've decided to use your own domain and don't have one yet, you can start by creating a temporary subdomain to set up your website. Later you can easily replace it with your definitive domain.
🔹 Step 3: Set up your Easy Web
Access the AvaiBook side menu and go to:
Booking engine > Easy Web
Here you will find the different sections to customize your page.
General Configuration
In this section you can:
Choose the visual style of your website.
Insert the Google Analytics code (if you haven't already).
Configure the available languages for your page.
Set the primary language.
In addition:
Add your contact details.
Activate the option so that travelers can contact you by WhatsApp through the web.
Customize the menu names:
Home: Home page (you can change the name).
Accommodations: Access to the booking engine.
Free content: Additional information you wish to show.
If you wish, you can have 2 "cool" documents that will appear as links in the footer of every page. Fill in the title and content to create, for example:
Privacy Policy
Terms and Conditions
(The cookie policy will already be included by default, so you don't need to add it.)
You can also add your social media profiles. You only have to indicate the full URL for them to appear at the bottom of all pages (e.g.: YouTube: https://www.youtube.com/@AvaiBook).
Footer: In this section you can configure the footer of your Easy Web site. This area will be displayed at the bottom of each page of your website and is ideal for adding a final message or reinforcing your brand image.
You can:
Write a custom title that will be shown next to the image.
Translate content into multiple languages.
Upload a representative image of your accommodation or destination.
Maximum weight allowed: 20 MB
✅ Don't forget to click "Save" after completing the setup to apply all the changes.
Configure filters in the Easy Web search engine
You can configure which filters are displayed in the Easy Web search engine, offering a more accurate and personalized search experience to your guests. You can configure this option in:
Booking engine > Easy Web > General configuration
This setting will be automatically applied on:
Homepage of your website (search engine)
List of results
You can configure:
Zone
Accommodation
Detailed Accommodation Units
This way, the search experience remains consistent throughout the process.
⚠️ The filter by zones will only be displayed if there are zones previously configured in the accommodation's file.
Configure the Home Page
This is your business cover letter.
In the Home section you can configure:
Home metadata
Metadata helps to position your page in search engines (SEO).
You can set them up in multiple languages.
Title: This is the main title of your page (e.g., Villa Zaragoza). It will also be shown in browser tabs and search results.
Keywords: You can add up to 4 words or key phrases that describe:
Villa Zaragoza
City
Zaragoza
Description: Brief summary of the content of your main page. Ej.: Villa Zaragoza offers accommodation in Zaragoza.
Tip: Use relevant keywords and avoid repeating identical terms.
Image Slider
Here you can upload up to 6 images that will be displayed at the top of the page in carousel format.
Maximum weight per image: 20 MB
Recommended size: 1920 x 700 px
You can drag the images to rearrange the order.
Content block
This section may include:
Main image: An image that represents your property or brand.
Recommended size: 950 x 700 px
Maximum weight: 20 MB
Presentation text: Use this space to briefly explain:
Who is it
What it offers
Why your accommodation is special
In addition, you can translate this content into multiple languages.

Accommodation
In this section the AvaiBook booking engine is integrated.You won't have to set anything up, just keep the accommodations up to date.
The presentation will depend on your configuration:
1 accommodation: the accommodation page will be shown directly.
Between 2 and 5 accommodations: a menu will be displayed with each accommodation.
More than 5 accommodations: the accommodation search engine will be activated.
📌 Only active accommodations in AvaiBook will be displayed.
Keep the content of your accommodations up to date, as it automatically appears on your website.
Free content
In the Free Content area, you can create up to 3 additional custom pages on your site.
They can be used to show, for example:

Property conditions
Additional information
