The Booking Complete Full Sync connection provides advanced synchronization between the system and Booking.com, including availability, content, tax information, and listing configuration.

Below is a detailed breakdown of which information is synchronized and which elements are not synchronized.


✅ Information that IS synchronized

The following data is properly synchronized:

Pricing and availability settings

  • Default rate

  • Additional guest price

  • Calendar (availability)

  • Seasons

  • Minimum stay

  • Check-in and check-out days

  • Minimum advance booking window

  • Maximum advance booking window

  • Enforce full weekend stay

Check-in/out and preparation

  • Check-in/check-out time

  • Check-in time (from value only)

  • Preparation time

Property information

  • Property content

  • Property capacity

  • House rules (from content)

  • Property location

Extras and services

  • Some extras*

*Extras synchronization may be subject to limitations depending on the configured extra type.

Tax and policy information

  • VAT

  • Tourist tax (from linkage)

  • Cancellation policy

  • Security deposit

Reservation management

  • Reservation information

  • Reservation date changes (made in Booking and synchronized)

The following elements are not synchronized:

  • Offers and promotions

  • Booking mode (Online / On request via the portal)

  • Property change within a reservation (performed in Booking and not synchronized; after modification in the portal, it must be updated manually in AvaiBook)

  • Listing cancellation (performed from Booking)
