Downloading invoices issued in Excel format is very easy. All you have to do is go to Accounting > My Bills.

If you want to export the entire list, select the generic search button or filter a specific period. Then click on the "Export" button. Once it loads, you can choose the format in which you want to do it and select "Export all".

If, on the other hand, we only want the PDF to be printed out to the recipient of the invoice, we only need to click on the printer icon on the right.
