AvaiBook allows you to create promotional offers directly from the platform and synchronize them with Airbnb, facilitating the centralized management of your pricing strategies.
⚠️ Important: you must choose where to manage your promotions: from AvaiBook or directly from Airbnb. Do not create the same promotion in both systems, as it could lead to duplication or incorrect operation.

This discount is automatically applied to the price shown in Airbnb searches, although it will not stand out as a special offer.
Early Booking
Compatible with Airbnb, it allows you to offer discounts for early bookings.
Long Stay
Ideal for extended stays, this discount also syncs correctly with Airbnb.
How do I sync an AvaiBook offer with Airbnb?
To sync a deal with Airbnb, you must first create the deal in AvaiBook and assign it to the corresponding property.
Once created, you can select it from your Airbnb settings and add it to a Rule Set.
What is a Rule Set?
It is a configuration that groups one or more conditions under which automatic discounts are applied. You can combine different rules into one set to tailor your promotions to different guest profiles.
Example: "Test" Rule Set
Rule A: If the booking is made at least 30 days in advance → 15% discount.
Rule B: If the stay is 7 nights or more → 10% discount.
This approach allows you to create dynamic and adaptive discounts based on traveler behavior.
Go to Airbnb settings
Go to the Channel Manager menu, select Airbnb from the list of connected portals, click on the logo and choose the accommodation you want to configure. Then, tap on "Go to Settings".
Locate the Airbnb
offer settings section At the bottom of the page, you'll see two columns:
Column 1: Available discounts created in AvaiBook.
Column 2: A set of rules to be synced to Airbnb.
Select discounts for your ruleset
Click on the offers in column 1 that you want to include and use the green button between columns to move them to column 2. If you make a mistake, you can do the same in the opposite direction.
Customize the Set
Assign a name and choose a color to easily differentiate it on the Airbnb calendar. You'll also see a summary of the dates the set will be applied.
