At AvaiBook we believe that great recommendations deserve a reward. That's why we created the Referral Programme, an initiative that lets you invite your friends and contacts to join our platform and earn a financial reward for every new user who signs up thanks to your recommendation.
How does it work?
Log in to your AvaiBook private area and go to the Invite your friends section.
Enter the email addresses of the people you'd like to invite. You can add as many contacts as you wish.
AvaiBook will send a personalised email to each of your contacts, letting them know you've invited them to discover the platform and offering them a special discount on their first subscription.
Your guests can freely sign up for any plan directly on the AvaiBook website, without needing to contact us first.
Once the invitations have been sent, you can track their status directly from your account.

For your guests: They get access to AvaiBook with an exclusive discount on their first plan.
For you: You receive a financial reward for every new user who signs up and subscribes to a plan thanks to your invitation.
Tracking your invitations
From your AvaiBook account, in the invitations section, you can see:
The invitations you've sent.
The status of each invitation (pending, accepted, etc.).
The rewards earned for each successful invitation.
How to redeem your rewards
Rewards can only be redeemed against plan fees, as follows:
Invited user
When signing up for an annual plan, the reward is deducted directly from the plan fee at the time of registration.
Referrer
You can add free months to your annual plan.
You can apply it to your next renewal.
Use it to upgrade to a higher plan.
Rewards can be redeemed within 365 days of receipt. Invitations expire 45 days after being sent. More information at this link
