How do I update my calendar?

Update calendar, create reservation, block, update availability, create a pending reservation, pre-reservation

In order to update your availability in AvaiBook you must access the menu Planning --> Calendar that you will find on the left side of the screen.

From this section, you will see the calendar of each of your accommodations. At the bottom you have a color code as a legend:

  • Grey: represents calendar blocks, it means dates in which there is no registered reservation, but it is not available for sale for whatever reason.

  • Green: represents the reservations you have registered in the system, and they are also confirmed, so the dates are not available for sale.

  • Orange: represents the reservations that are not yet confirmed because the traveler has not made the advance payment to confirm his reservation. During this time, and until the expiration date, these days will not be available for sale.

  • Purple: these are reservation requests made by a traveller and which you have not yet confirmed as the owner.

  • White: is available for book.

Now that you know the differences, so you can start updating the calendar.

There are two ways to do it:

1. Click on the start date and drag the mouse to the end date.

2. Select the dates you want to be listed as unavailable. To do this, click on the day in the calendar that you want to define as the entry date.

A window will appear where you must determine the date of departure. Once selected, you can choose whether you want to create a reservation (1), a pre-booking (2) or a blocking (3).
