Defining the occupancy of your accommodation allows you to indicate how many people you admit to your establishment. From how many people to how many people.

To configure it, go to the menu Accommodation > My Accommodations and choose a property. Go into Rates tab and then, Default Rates so you can modify it.

You can define the base occupancy for which you set the price. Keep in mind that all the prices you define will be based on that occupancy (both in the default rate and in seasons). 

You can also set the maximum occupancy that you allow in your accommodation.
If the maximum occupancy is higher than the base occupancy, the system will allow you to define the prices of additional persons.

When you're done, click the Save button at the bottom of the page.

If the price of your accommodation change depending on the number of people who reserve the property, you must define the prices for additional capacity of your accommodation.

You can define the extra charge per additional person in your default rate and in your seasons rates.

⚠️ Remember that for this option to appear you must have a maximum capacity higher than the minimum capacity of your accommodation.

You will find the option to Edit prices for additional people just below the fields where the accommodation occupancy is defined:

Click on Edit prices to view the settings and edit it:

Define your extra charge for each additional person. Remember that they are cumulative (if for one person we select €10, two people will be €20 and three people €30).

In addition, clicking on the x-shaped button you can automatically multiply an extra charge of the first additional person so that the others are auto-completed.

When you have configured it, click the Save button.

To the right of each of the seasons you will see a pencil to edit the prices of each of them:

Click on the Edit button to view the rate editing screen:

As with the default rate, you must define your extra charge for each additional person. Remember that they are cumulative (if you select €10 for one person, two people will be €20 and three people €30).

In addition, clicking on the x-shaped button you can automatically multiply an extra charge of the first additional person so that the others are auto-completed.

When you have configured it, click the Save button.

⚠️Remember that you must complete these fields every time you make a new season.

⚠️ The prices per additional person for Vrbo Xml and Airbnb Xml must be defined within the synchronization with those portals in AvaiBook.

⚠️ Extra person prices are not synced with either Expedia or Booking limited sync. You will have to configure them directly in the portal.
