AvaiBook has full XML synchronization with Airbnb, so you can not only create new listings on Airbnb, but you can also connect with your existing listings. In this way you will not lose reviews, positioning and all the effort you did in matter of time on this Portal.
ATTENTION!
It is essential that both your rates, calendar and content manager are perfectly updated in AvaiBook before starting the connection.
You can update your calendar in AvaiBook manually or by importing the blocks of your reservations through an iCal connection (if the platform to connect has this option). We strongly recommend to always check all the imported locks.
Airbnb will prioritize the information you have in AvaiBook.
Remember that even if you don't have any listings on Airbnb and you create them all from AvaiBook, it will always be necessary to have created at least one Airbnb account to start creating listings.
Once you have started the connection with Airbnb you must click on the option Create new ad.
If you are not logged into your Airbnb account you must enter your Airbnb account data where you have your accommodation and accept the terms of use.
When you have accepted the conditions, you will see that we will show you the ad to create on Airbnb based on your AvaiBook accommodation:
Check that the accommodation is correct and click on next.
Next, you will have to introduce a series of specific aspects for your ad on Airbnb: type of property, privacy and the cancellation policy. In the last case you will have to choose it among those proposed by the portal.
In addition, you will have a section exclusively to the Maintenance of Airbnb rates where you can configure an increase if you want Airbnb rates to be higher, or a decrease if you want to sell with a lower rate in that portal.
*Remember that you only have to configure the sum or difference of prices, not the final price.
*If you want your rates to be the same as in AvaiBook, leave the boxes blank.
Here you can also configure a price for additional people, you must choose a single equal amount for all accommodation, for all seasons.
You must also configure in this section the cleaning extra that you want to send to Airbnb.

When you're done, click Synchronize and we'll notify you by email when the creation is complete.
